These terms govern your use of the Imperial Outreach website. Services we deliver are governed by the separate written agreement signed for your engagement; where the two conflict, that agreement controls.
Use of this site
You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to misuse it, including attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it at a scale that degrades service, or using it to send unlawful or misleading communications.
No offer or guarantee
Descriptions of services, campaign types and capabilities on this site are informational. They are not an offer, a guarantee of results, or a representation that a particular campaign is available or appropriate for your business.
Outbound performance depends on factors including your offer, list quality, geography, calling hours, qualification standard and how quickly your team works delivered leads. We agree goals with you in writing and report performance against them; we do not guarantee a volume of leads, appointments or revenue.
Client responsibilities
If you engage us, you are responsible for:
- Confirming the legal requirements that apply to your offer, industry and territories
- Any registration, licensing or bonding your business is required to hold
- The lawfulness, accuracy and provenance of any contact list you supply
- Approving scripts, claims and the qualification standard used on your campaign
- Honoring removal requests forwarded to you and maintaining your own suppression records
Compliance
We configure campaigns around applicable federal and state telemarketing requirements and enforce those settings in our platform. We do not offer, and will not agree to operate, campaigns designed to evade calling restrictions, do-not-call obligations or consent requirements.

Intellectual property
The content, design, scripts, templates and platform on this site are owned by Imperial Outreach or its licensors. You may not copy, republish or create derivative works from them without written permission.
Third-party product names referenced on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe supported integrations. Their use does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Accounts
Access to the client, caller and administrative portals is restricted to authorized users. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential, for activity under your account, and for notifying us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
This site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of this site. Liability arising from services we deliver is governed by your engagement agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
