This policy explains what information Imperial Outreach collects through this website, what we do with it, and how we handle information we process on behalf of clients while operating outbound calling campaigns.
Information you give us
When you submit the consultation form or contact us directly, we collect the information you choose to provide.
- Your name, business name, phone number, email address and website
- Your state, industry, and the services you are considering
- Campaign details you share, such as caller count, monthly contact volume, CRM and campaign goals
- Any additional comments you include
Information collected automatically
Our servers record standard technical information when you use this site, including IP address, browser user agent, pages requested and timestamps. We use this to operate the site, diagnose problems and detect abuse.
Authenticated areas of the site set a session cookie so we can keep you signed in. It is required for the portal to function and is not used for advertising.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiry and schedule a strategy call
- Prepare a campaign proposal scoped to your business
- Provide, operate and support the services you engage us for
- Maintain security, prevent abuse and meet record-keeping obligations
Client campaign data
When we operate a campaign, we process prospect and contact data on the client's instructions and for the client's purposes. The client remains responsible for the lawfulness, accuracy and provenance of any list they supply and for the claims made in approved scripts.
We maintain internal do-not-call and suppression records so that a removal request is honored across campaigns. We retain records of dispositions, consent documentation and audit history as part of operating a compliant campaign.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only as needed to deliver our services:
- With service providers who host, secure and support our platform
- With systems you ask us to integrate with, such as your CRM, dialer or calendar
- Where required by law, legal process, or to protect rights and safety
- In connection with a business transfer, subject to this policy
Retention
We keep consultation submissions for as long as needed to evaluate and pursue the engagement, and campaign records for the duration of the engagement plus any period required for compliance and audit purposes. Do-not-call and suppression records are retained indefinitely, because deleting them would defeat their purpose.
Security
We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the data we hold, including access controls, hashed credentials, scoped permissions per role, and an audit log of administrative changes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will honor the request. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal information, or to opt out of certain disclosures.
To make a request, or to be added to our internal do-not-call list, contact tim@dominickhomes.com. If your information was provided to us by one of our clients, we will refer the request to that client and support them in honoring it.
Children
This site and our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date above reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be reflected here.
