Real Estate Campaigns We Run
Each campaign type has its own list requirements, script, qualification standard and disposition expectations. Most clients start with one and expand.
Expired Listings
Reach owners whose listing came off the market and open a conversation about relisting.
FSBO
Contact for-sale-by-owner sellers and qualify their timeline, motivation and openness to representation.
Circle Prospecting
Work the neighbors around a listing, sale or open house to surface the next seller on the street.
Geographic Farming
Consistent, repeated contact across a defined farm area so your name is the one owners recognize.
Absentee Owners
Reach out-of-area owners about their property, holding plans and interest in selling.
Investor Lists
Prospect investors and property owners for acquisition, disposition and buy-box matching.
Seller Leads
Qualify inbound and purchased seller leads on motivation, timeline, condition and price expectations.
Buyer Leads
Screen buyers on financing status, area, price range and timeline before an agent invests showing time.
Old CRM Leads
Re-engage aged records that were never worked to a decision and return the live ones to your pipeline.
Internet Leads
Fast, persistent contact attempts on portal and web leads while intent is still fresh.
Lead Nurturing
Long-horizon cadences for owners who will transact later but need to stay in contact now.
Appointment Setting
Book listing appointments, buyer consultations and valuation visits directly onto the agent's calendar.
CRM Updates
Correct contact data, log dispositions, set stages and keep follow-up dates accurate in your system.
Follow-Up
Work the callback and follow-up queue so committed dates are actually honored.
What the Outbound Motion Actually Looks Like
The same operating model every week: a clean list, a certified script, a written qualification standard, and every outcome recorded.
Lists built around your market
Territories, farm areas, price bands and owner types are segmented before dialing so callers work one clear audience at a time.
Conversations, not just dials
Callers hold the full conversation (motivation, timeline, condition, price expectation) instead of transferring anyone who answers.
Qualified sellers and buyers routed to agents
Only prospects meeting your written standard reach an agent, with the call notes and answers attached.
The database stays current
Every attempt is dispositioned, bad numbers are retired, and follow-up dates are set on the records worth another call.
Qualification questions we start from
Finalized with you during campaign setup, then built into the script so every conversation is screened the same way.
- 1Are you the owner of record for the property?
- 2Are you considering selling in the next 3, 6 or 12 months?
- 3Is the property currently listed with an agent?
- 4What condition is the property in today?
- 5What price would make a sale worth doing for you?
- 6Who else is involved in the decision?
- 7Would a short valuation conversation with our agent be useful this week?
What you receive
Delivered through the CRM, calendar and workflow your team already uses, with the call context attached.
- Qualified seller and buyer opportunities pushed into your CRM
- Listing and consultation appointments written to the agent's calendar
- Owner, property and motivation notes attached to every record
- Follow-up dates set on prospects who are interested but not ready
- Corrected phone numbers, emails and lead stages written back
How We Keep This Campaign Clean
Real estate campaigns run inside configured calling windows in the prospect's local time zone, screened against your internal do-not-call and suppression lists. Callers identify who they are calling on behalf of and honor an opt-out immediately.
Claims callers do not make on this campaign
- Guaranteeing a sale, a sale price or a timeline
- Misrepresenting the agency or brokerage relationship
- Claiming an existing offer or buyer that does not exist
- Stating or implying the prospect is legally obligated to sell
These restrictions are enforced in the platform: the script linter blocks prohibited language before a script can be approved, and campaign-level settings govern calling windows, suppression and per-state restrictions. This is an operational control, not legal advice. Confirm requirements for your offer and territories.
Real Estate Outbound, Answered
Can callers work expired and FSBO lists?
Yes. Expired listings, FSBO and circle prospecting are among the most common real estate campaign types we run. Lists are screened against your internal do-not-call and suppression lists during setup, and calling windows are enforced in the prospect's local time zone.
Will leads land in Follow Up Boss or Lofty?
Yes. Follow Up Boss and Lofty are first-class integration targets, alongside GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho and Monday.com. Qualified leads, notes, dispositions and follow-up dates write back to the record.
Can a caller book directly on an agent's calendar?
Yes. Once a Calendly, Google Calendar or Outlook connection is configured on the campaign, qualified prospects are booked into the agent's real availability and the appointment is confirmed on the call.
