Straight Answers About Working With Us
If your question isn't here, ask it on the strategy call. We would rather tell you a campaign is a poor fit than sell you one that is.
A dedicated caller works your campaign and only your campaign during their assigned hours. They dial your list, hold conversations using the script you approved, qualify prospects against your criteria, log every outcome as a disposition, update the CRM record, set follow-up dates and book appointments onto your calendar.
A general virtual assistant handles administrative tasks. We build an outbound system: campaign strategy, scripts, qualification standards, list management, dispositions, CRM workflow, reporting and management of the caller. The deliverable is qualified conversations and appointments, not hours worked.
We draft the script, objection handling and qualification questions during campaign setup, then finalize them with you. You approve every script before it goes live, and scripts are versioned so you can see what changed and when.
The platform is built around an integration layer for Lofty, Follow Up Boss, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho and Monday.com, plus dialing and scheduling tools including RingCentral, Twilio, CallTools, Calendly, Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. Zapier, Make and Power Automate cover anything outside that list. If you don't have a CRM yet, callers can work directly in the Imperial Outreach console.
Yes. Most clients start with a single caller on one campaign, review the disposition data after the first few weeks, and expand into a multi-caller team once the script, list and qualification criteria are producing the conversations they want.
Compliance is configured at the campaign level, not left to the individual caller. Campaigns carry calling-window restrictions enforced in the prospect's local time zone, internal do-not-call and suppression lists, per-state settings, consent documentation where applicable, full disposition tracking and an audit history of who changed what. Do-not-call requests are honored immediately and suppress the number across the account.
We can work from your lists, help you source and prepare lists, or both. List management, meaning cleaning, de-duplication, segmentation and suppression, is part of campaign setup either way.
Your client dashboard shows dial attempts, contacts, live conversations, qualified leads, appointments, callbacks, follow-ups, not-interested, wrong numbers, do-not-call requests, lead conversion rate, appointment rate, and performance by caller and campaign, all filterable by date range.
Timeline depends on how ready your list, offer and CRM access are. Strategy call and campaign setup typically run in parallel, and caller assignment follows script approval. We give you a firm schedule on the strategy call rather than a generic promise.
Pricing is built around the number of callers, the campaign type and the hours you need covered. Tell us what you sell, who you want to reach and how many callers you're considering, and we'll structure the campaign and pricing around that on the strategy call.
Questions Specific to Your Vertical
Real Estate
Can callers work expired and FSBO lists?
Yes. Expired listings, FSBO and circle prospecting are among the most common real estate campaign types we run. Lists are screened against your internal do-not-call and suppression lists during setup, and calling windows are enforced in the prospect's local time zone.
Will leads land in Follow Up Boss or Lofty?
Yes. Follow Up Boss and Lofty are first-class integration targets, alongside GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho and Monday.com. Qualified leads, notes, dispositions and follow-up dates write back to the record.
Can a caller book directly on an agent's calendar?
Yes. Once a Calendly, Google Calendar or Outlook connection is configured on the campaign, qualified prospects are booked into the agent's real availability and the appointment is confirmed on the call.
Solar
What do callers actually say about savings or incentives?
Nothing that promises an outcome. Callers are trained and scripted to open a conversation and set a consultation where your licensed sales team reviews the prospect's specific situation. Claims about savings, incentives, tax credits, program eligibility or approval are prohibited at the campaign level, and the script linter in the platform flags that language before a script can be published.
Can you work our aged and unsold leads?
Yes. Reactivation, unsold follow-up, estimate follow-up and no-show recovery are standard solar campaign types. They typically run alongside new homeowner prospecting rather than replacing it.
How do appointments reach our closers?
Through the calendar and CRM you already use. Once a Calendly, Google Calendar or Outlook connection is configured, callers book into real availability and the qualification answers travel with the appointment.
Roofing
Do callers make storm-damage or insurance claims?
No. Callers offer a scheduled inspection or estimate. Asserting damage to a specific property, promising insurance coverage or claim outcomes, and any offer involving a deductible are prohibited at the campaign level and flagged by the script linter before a script can be published.
Can you follow up on estimates we've already sent?
Yes. Estimate follow-up is one of the highest-value roofing campaign types. The quotes are already delivered and the prospect already knows you. Callers work a structured cadence with real callback dates and disposition every attempt.
Can appointments go straight onto our schedule?
Yes. With a calendar integration configured on the campaign, callers book into real availability and inspection details are written to your CRM with the call notes attached.
